The study, conducted in collaboration with Brigham and Women's Hospital, will examine a variety of health dimensions, including activity, aging, cardiovascular health, cognition, hearing, menstrual health, mental health, metabolic health, mobility, neurological health, respiratory health and sleep. By participating, users are providing valuable data that can help identify health changes early, encouraging a more proactive approach to personal well-being. Participation in the study is free and is now open for registration through the Research app for participants living in the US.
App and Access: The Apple Health Study is available through the Research app, available for download from the App Store. Once installed, users can sign up for the study and choose the types of data they want to share.
