Your Body Is Not Wrong

For decades, millions of people have lived with the belief that their bodies are somehow “wrong.” Society, advertising, social media, and diet culture constantly push unrealistic beauty standards that make people feel guilty, ashamed, or unworthy because of their weight or appearance. This emotional pressure affects mental health, relationships, self-esteem, and even physical well-being. Many people spend years trying restrictive diets, punishing exercise routines, or harmful trends that promise happiness through weight loss.
